For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms. If you are sick, please do not schedule an appointment until you feel better. If you have an upcoming appointment and become ill, please notify Natalie as soon as possible. A 40% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Please arrive on time. As a courtesy we offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.
